Apesar de ter vacilado no seu ataque à sua resistência R2 na zona dos € 14,00 no passado dia 19/Setembro, a cotação segue sendo suportada há 4 sessões seguidas pela sua média móvel de curto prazo (14 dias) num claro sinal de que o momento bullish (cujo início remonta a finais de Julho) ainda não acabou.

A importante resistência R2 ainda encontra-se mesmo ali ao pé e os recentes desempenhos positivos do título, apesar de ligeiros se comparados com as primeiras semanas de Agosto, mantêm acesa a esperança de um novo ataque.

Hoje a Deutsche Telekom anunciou a conclusão do processo de compra da Orangte Netherlands (operações móveis e internet), até então propriedade da France Telecom, uma transacção avaliada em € 1.33 mil milhões (Deutsche Telekom to buy Orange Netherlands from France Telecom).

Deutsche Telekom's Chief Executive Rene Obermann said he expects the deal to create synergies of EUR1 billion, by combining the networks of Orange's Dutch operations with its own T-Mobile mobile phone business. Around half of the savings will be achieved in next six years, the German company said.

The deal, which has been approved by the European Commission and Dutch works union, is expected to complete by Oct. 1. and will strengthen T-Mobile's position in the Netherlands, where it is currently the third largest mobile phone operator. Orange is the fourth largest operator in the country and, collectively, the two companies have 4.8 million Dutch customers.
